In the ongoing custody battle over their daughter Imade Adeleke, prominent businesswoman Sophia Momodu has emphasized why she believes her child is better off in her care, rather than with her father, Davido.
This follows Sophia’s detailed 102-paragraph counter-affidavit, filed by her legal team of Dr. Anthony Idigbe, SAN, and Dr. Bimpe Ajegbomogun of Punuka Attorneys, opposing Davido’s request for joint custody.
In the affidavit, Sophia recounts the tragic domestic accident that claimed the life of Davido’s son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, nearly two years ago, among other reasons, to support her stance that Imade’s safety is better ensured under her supervision.
