The man known as Onwa_Nnewi, took across his X handle formally known as Twitter, to laments over bride price list he received from his fiancé family that was calculated in millions.
He took to twitter shared white paper giving to him by his fiancé family that contains items he will bring, before he can marry their daughter.
On twitter he laments;
‘’The marriage list we collected this morning… I decided not to speak. I just chill, to me this is crazy and it’s getting more crazy everyday.
”Before you tell me this list is cheap.. A crate of Amstel malt is N9200 this is pure greed. Two goat in this list cost N220 thousand naira”.
Bride Price list is a kind of marriage rite, perform before the parent will release their daughters hand in marriage in most cultures.
